About the Role: Join a well-established dental/medical centre with an excellent reputation. Located within a multi-disciplinary medical centre, provide a wide range of comprehensive dental services. This is a busy centre with appointments booked out in advance, providing a real good opportunity for high earnings. There is an opportunity to work full time across 2 clinics; one in Phillip and one in Queanbeyan. As these dental centres is part of a busy medical centre with 700-800 patients walking through daily, you can easily build a busy book with regular referrals and walk ins. This role will give you clinical autonomy in a non hierarchal structure, and is plenty of support and good facilities to let you excel as an independent contractor. Key Highlights: Competitive commission-based remuneration with a 40% commission. Flexibility in working hours, with part-time or full-time positions available and no requirement to work weekends. What We’re Looking For: A BDS or DMD degree from an accredited Australian dental school. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry within Australia Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, essential for maintaining and building upon the existing loyal patient base.
